RLS OILER
 | | The majority of drivers use sprays with the sprinkling-nozzle for the lubrication of the chain which at first glance seems to be the cheapest and the best solution. Although the chemical structure of the spray is such that it enables the highest possible grip on the chain, it gradually contributes to bad lubricating characteristics. The spray functions as the glue for dust pieces which gradually go astray into the chain. In such way the dust pieces increase the friction between sliding parts and seals. In addition to this, the intervals of lubrication and of chain cleaning are very frequent and usually take a lot of time. At the correct adjustment of the intervals of lubrication the oil is the ideal lubricant for chain and it is also recommended by the majority of motorcycle producers like Honda. However, the correct interval of lubrication can be assured only with a device such as the RLS oiler which doses just the right amount of the lubrication on the chain, to ensure correct lubricated chain without too big flip off effect. All key components are made of stainless steel and aluminium on modern CNC machines with which we assured the highest level of the quality of production and also of used materials. RLS works on the basis of the principles of gravitation because it does not using any pump for the dosing of the oil. Oil is located in aluminium reservoir which can be custom-made in case of lack of space.

The oil from the reservoir travels to the electromagnetic valve which takes care of the closing of the oil's flow when the bike is shut down or the key is not in the contact position. This means that the whole system is functioning only during the ride and does not need to be switched on before riding or disengaged after the ride.

The regulation of the oil quantity is being taken care by the regulator with a needle which is made of stainless steel and with a double sealing of the regulating needle. In such way this system enables accurate regulation of the flow.

The oil is delivered on the chain with the injector which is fitted on the rear swingarm.
